From the author: Entry-level PvP for alphas. Cap stable, should be used within neut range. Does 92 DPS (kinetic-locked), so not exactly a fast killer. However, very cheap (the most expensive parts are the 2x BCUs) to replace.

I’m guessing most of you know that, on March 2020, the mysterious Triglavian Collective started taking over empire space, and forming the highly dangerous region of Pochven. This has, to say the least, not given them a very good reputation. CONCORD has abandoned the systems, and they are considered empire nullsec (So, no CONCORD, but also no cyno or bubbles. Basically lowsec with no sentry guns or status loss.). This means that no empire has yet acknowledged their sovereignty- despite them capturing 27 systems. By comparison, the Minmatar have 8 and the Gallente only 5. Plus, do remember that this was done in five months (at an average rate of 5 systems per month), against every one of the existing empires. Pretty darn impressive.   This leads me to believe that the Triglav should be considered a sovereign nation- as they have demonstrated extreme military prowess and have extended into systems previously thought uninhabitable.
